This is Going to Be Different
I like it when someone takes something that we all know and turns it on its head. I think this play will fit into that mould. I have just got three free Wicked matinee tickets so I can do a review. From the little I know about the premise of the show I think I will like it.
I liked the Wizard of oz film and I even thought the remake in the 70’s was ok, so a stage play can’t be any worse. I do like that they are tickets for the afternoon as if I don’t like it at least I haven’t wasted a Saturday night. It is also a lot easier to get to the theatre during the day than at night.
Now all I need to do is see if I can get someone to comp my food for the day and then I am made. I never made it as an actor but I think that writing reviews may well be the way that I will get into the entertainment business.
